The DVD series about Muay Thai (Thai boxing) includes five DVDs, which introduce the techniques and training. The films together with the three Muay Thai books provide comprehensive information about Muay Thai.
The DVDs are structured so that they can be understood individually. It is not necessary to watch the DVDs in order.
The films as DVD series are available as PAL-versions in German and English
In the NTSC-version the single videos are also available in the USA.
